United Way of the Flint Hills: Living United!
The Campaign
The heart and soul of our fundraising activities is our annual Campaign. The Campaign runs from mid-August through October. During the Campaign, volunteers visit businesses and organizations throughout our seven county area to invite them to LIVE UNITED.
The goal of the Campaign is to raise $600,000 to benefit our community. Each year, hundreds of local
businesses and their employees unite to conduct workplace campaigns, a critical component of the overall
fundraising Campaign.
In addition to Workplace Campaigns, United Way of the Flint Hills also raises funds from retired professional individuals and others throughout our community. These generous community members may not have the opportunity to give through their workplaces, but they still believe in the work of the United Way and our agencies.
Getting involved in the United Way Campaign is a chance to LIVE UNITED. It is an invitation to everyone to
be part of the change. Together, united as one to positively impact the lives of all in our community, we are
far stronger than we could ever be alone.
